Is there a minimum order?
Yes. Orders must total at least $100 before checkout.
What payment methods do you accept?
We accept Interac e-Transfer and a range of cryptocurrencies, including Bitcoin, Ethereum, Litecoin, Monero, and USDT/USDC.
Shipping & delivery
How is my order shipped?
All orders are shipped free of charge via Canada Post Xpresspost, with delivery within 1–3 business days. Packages are shipped discreetly, with no indication of the contents on the outside.
Do you ship outside Canada?
No. We currently ship exclusively within Canada.
Can I track my order?
Yes. Tracking information will be emailed to you once your order has shipped.
What is your returns policy?
We do not accept returns or exchanges. If your order fails to arrive, we will issue a full reship.
